Where am I, really?
Describe your current physical, mental, emotional, and energetic environment - your nervous system. What feels calm and settled? What feels buzzing or stirred?
What does a typical day say about me?
Walk through your habits, actions, and rituals. What are they telling you about your current identity?
What are my survival strategies?
What patterns or behaviours do I default to when I feel overwhelmed or unworthy? How long have they been with me?
What is my body trying to tell me right now?
Tune into your body like a landscape. Where is there tension, flow, numbness, or aliveness? What might those sensations be saying?
What tools, talents, or knowledge am I underestimating?
List the skills you’ve cultivated—through effort, experience, or instinct—that you rarely give yourself credit for.
What happens when I try to change?
What do I tell myself about growth? What beliefs surface when I attempt to shift my behaviour or environment?
If my environment reflected what I believed I deserved, what would it look like?
From your bedroom to your inbox, your friendships to your calendar—what needs a change of frequency?
